Two months ago, I sitting in my bed, planning out my day. I’m casually watching the Oscars, barely paying attention to it.
I pay closer attention, as they high ticket awards are being announced.
I observe these talented, mutli-million dollar actors. I think about their focus, energy, perseverance, and persistent they have exercised to get them to this point. Ultimate achievement realized.
I listen to their acknowledgment speech. Every award winner is grateful. They are grateful for the people in their lives. From producers to directors, from co-cast members to family members — these people played a role in the making of the award-winning movie. The Oscar award winners would not have been able to seize this opportunity, and completely own it, without the people involved and the relationships created.
Relationships are the key. It’s plain and simple. Our lives must revolve around relationships. Relationships should not revolve around our lives.
We all have goals, big goals – Oscar Award Winning goals. Yes, it will be through our decisiveness, belief, focus, and persistence to obtain these goals. However, this also includes a mix of enrolling other people in our goals. Gaining the support of loved ones to help us follow through. As well as creating and growing relationships with the people give us the best advantage to achieve our goals in a mutually beneficial way.
It’s good idea to take inventory of the people in your life right now that are helping you along they way. Or are they hindering you?
Are they are part of your success, or part of the lack there of?
The Time Is Now.
